Falling for Autumn

I just love Halloween, well I love Autumn as a whole, but Halloween is so much fun!
Every year, we decorate our house inside and out. With lots of pumpkins and gourds, autumnal wreaths, scary decor, and of course cozy blankets, cushions and lots of candles!
Although I go big for Halloween at home, I never really bring it into the shop. Of course I display with autumn/Halloween decorations, but never gifts. So this year I thought that I would try it out, and oh my goodness, I think you're all loving it as much as me!

Hello Pumpkin!

Nothing says Autumn or Halloween, like pumpkins. I always have fresh pumpkins outside my house and then decorative pumpkins inside. So I bought in some beautiful pumpkin accessories for the home. Gorgeous cream knitted pumpkins that would add that little Autumn touch to your room. Cream ceramic pumpkins with a beautiful gold stalk. Some gorgeous little white porcelain pumpkins, and some cute little porcelain pumpkin candle holders and tea-lights.

Eerie-sistibe Ghosts

Ooh and I found the cutest little ghosts and I couldn't resist! They are actually battery operated light up ghosts and come in 2 sizes. How could you not? And from one of my favourite companies, East of India, I had frightfully cute mini porcelain ghosts which come in a tiny matchbox and is the perfect heartfelt gift. With a cute ghost hug design, it's sure to bring a smile to anyone's face.

Cozy Vibes

There's nothing nicer than being cozy at home. Warm fluffy slippers, soft wool socks, the snuggliest blanket, lots of gorgeous smelling candles and if you're lucky, a crackling fire. Autumn styling is so wonderful and easy to bring into your home. Whether it's with the traditional autumnal colours or a neutral pallette, it's a joy to style for Autumn.

So if you're looking for me, I'll be snuggled up in a blanket reading The Pumpkin Spice Cafe (The perfect book for the season) and drinking Pumpkin Spice lattes! But please, embrace this season, embrace the sights, the smells and the sounds of Autumn. Take walks, especially in the woods to see the colours, and breathe in the crispy air. Oh, and go pumpkin picking! xx
