Exchanges & Returns Policy

 

Refunds

We will happily offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds will be made within 10 days of the date of cancellation notice. We will refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account.

Please be advised, the cost of the return is at your own expense, as a small independent business,  some or in most cases, all of the initial postage costs are dealt with by ourselves, so we are unable to offer free returns.

We reserve the right to make a deduction, if the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling, this includes during transit back to us; the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.

Returns

Your right to return an item from your order, ends 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags and any gift packaging.

Damages or Faulty goods

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 5 days. Firstly, I am sorry that you may have experienced this, please  Email to inform us and include a clear image of the item with an explanation of the damage/fault, so that we can advise the best course of action. All packaging must be kept for the item in case we need to open an investigation with the courier.

Failing to comply with the above instructions will result in a void claim.

Exemptions

*Gift cards are non-refundable

*We cannot accept the return of earrings, unless faulty or damaged due to hygiene reasons.
